Waldorf SC Refund Policy

Refunds requests must be emailed to the club treasurer (treasurer@waldorfsoccer.com) or club president (president@waldorfsoccer.com) PRIOR to 7 days before the schedule start of any recreational season.(the first Saturday session of the season).

Refunds will not be considered for poor weather, field condition or other situations not caused by the Club.   In the event of poor weather or field conditions, the Club will do everything possible to schedule make-up games and practices.
