Waldorf Soccer Club Registration Portal
Welcome to the Waldorf Soccer Club Registration system.
This system is used to register for our Recreational program, special event registration, as well verify and update personal information for your household.
Registration for our SPRING 2025 Recreational Programs is now CLOSED .
Fall 2025 registration will open in late May 2025.
NOTE: Age groups change EVERY FALL. They stay the same in the spring. The system will assign your child to the appropriate age group automatically based on his or her BIRTH YEAR per US Soccer guidelines. Your child may not be assigned to the age group you thought they would be. As in the past, if you child has exceptional skills for his/her age, we will consider playing them up an age group IF THERE IS ROSTER SPACE AVAILABLE. Below is our age group chart for the Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 seasons (from US Soccer):
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR REC PLUS AND TRAVEL PLAYERS: There are restrictions regarding the number of CURRENT Rec Plus and Travel players that can participate in our Recreational League. Please contact your coach to get their approval prior to registering for rec. Thanks!
Players will NOT automatically be assigned to the team or coach that they were assigned to in previous seasons. We do our best to keep players together, however we cannot guarantee this. Registration counts and number of volunteer coaches sometimes dictate roster assignments.
Special Requests: If you do have a specific request for the season, for example you wish a specific coach or there are evenings you cannot attend practice, be sure to fill out the box for "Special Requests". While we cannot guarantee all requests will be granted, but we do our best.
